Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Call/Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service, and supporting our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
    • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
    • Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing support in customer interactions.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Order Processing:
    • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
    • Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and delivery times.
  5. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and orders.
    • Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
  6. Relationship Management:

    • Coordinate and manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of used and fabricated shipping containers to customers.

 

  1. Order Processing:
    • Work closely with the sales team to accurately process orders, maintaining a high standard of precision and timeliness.
    • Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and delivery times.

 

  1. Issue Resolution:
    • Address and resolve logistics-related issues or complaints promptly, working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels to guarantee products are readily available for sale, optimizing stock levels for operational efficiency.

 

  1. Cost Management:
    • Monitor transportation costs, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure cost-effective delivery of products.

 

  1. Record Keeping and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipping documents, delivery receipts, and invoices.
    • Prepare reports on logistics operations and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

 

  1. Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
